Bell X1 played an acoustic set in LIT Millenium Theatre on Saturday night showcasing some of their new songs. It was a much more laid back affair than the usual Bell X1 show and it was great to hear the stripped back versions of some of their older classics. I'm looking forward to hearing how their new songs turn out on their next album.

As for the photo, I was restricted in terms of composition as it was a seated show. However, I spotted some potential when Paul began playing the piano as there was an amazing reflection appearing. The vivid blue was created by a spotlight left of camera and with careful timing I managed to capture Pauls reflection in his own shadow. A generous helping of cloning to get rid of distractions, some colour correction and a little localised tweaking completed the image.
